ZayEl eSIM is operated by Benalpha Ventures as an independent reseller of travel data services supplied by third parties. We do not own or operate the mobile networks. Coverage, network speed, availability and activation depend on the selected provider, plan and destination.

Unlimited data and fair use

Some provider-advertised unlimited packages are subject to traffic management, data speed reductions or fair-use policies from participating networks. Unlimited does not necessarily mean unrestricted high-speed data at all times.

Price and payment

Currency conversions and promotional prices are indicative. The final checkout confirms the actual amount and payment currency. Manual eSIM orders are processed only after payment is independently verified.

Installation and validity

Use an unlocked, eSIM-compatible phone. Do not delete an installed eSIM without consulting support. Plan validity may continue counting even if the eSIM is switched off or the traveler changes countries.

Digital delivery and refunds

Installation details become available after successful provider issuance. Refund eligibility depends on the terms of the service, activation state and supplier restrictions. Contact support quickly if an order has a problem.

Privacy and provider status

Customer and order information is used for fulfillment and support. ZayEl is an independent retailer, not the direct cellular network operator.
