Effective: 22 October 2026. ZayEl eSIM is operated by Benalpha Ventures, the seller and payment recipient for customer orders.

Use of plans supplied by third-party eSIM providers may also be governed by the provider’s plan terms and acceptable use rules. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights under applicable law.

Eligibility & compatibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old or the applicable legal age of majority, use an eSIM-compatible network-unlocked device, and provide accurate purchase information. Please verify compatibility before buying.

Data plans

Unless specifically stated otherwise, plans provide mobile data only, not conventional calls or SMS. Coverage, validity, data limits, network speeds and activation timing depend on the chosen package and participating network operators.

Orders and payments

Benalpha Ventures collects payments through the available checkout method. Indicative EUR and USD currency conversions do not replace the final amount shown before purchase. Orders are fulfilled only after payment verification and successful eSIM provisioning.

Activation, use & restrictions

Customers must follow installation instructions and fair-use rules, avoid unlawful or fraudulent use, and respect product limits. Activated or consumed data may expire according to plan conditions.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is assessed case by case with applicable supplier terms, plan activation status and consumer rights. Review the ZayEl Refund Policy before purchase.

Underlying eSIM supplier terms

Where the product is provided through Yesim, its Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, plus the plan-specific description, may apply to use of the service. Benalpha Ventures remains your point of contact for ZayEl order and payment support.
